Cherry-sized pearls of fresh mozzarella, perfect for skewers and salads.
Ciliegine (chee-leh-JEE-neh) means "little cherries" in Italian -- and that is exactly what these are: cherry-sized pearls of our fresh fresh mozzarella. Toss them with cherry tomatoes, basil and good olive oil, thread them onto skewers, or scatter them over a salad.
